Gift Card Policy

Callaway Pre-Owned e-gift cards can be bought and redeemed on this website. This policy explains how they work. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not affect.

Buying a gift card

E-gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient, or to you if you prefer, with a unique code and the card's value.
Gift cards bought on this site are issued in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Gift cards cannot be bought with another gift card.

Validity

Our gift cards do not expire. You can use your balance at any time. The email you receive when your gift card is issued confirms that it has no expiry date.

Using your gift card

Enter the gift card code at checkout. If your order costs more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with any other accepted payment method.
You do not have to spend the full value in one order. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.
You can use more than one gift card on the same order.
If you shop in a different currency from the one your gift card was issued in, the balance is converted at our current exchange rate at checkout, so the amount shown may vary slightly.
Gift cards can only be used on this website. They cannot be used in retail stores, at other Callaway websites, or with authorised retailers.

Checking your balance

Your remaining balance is shown at checkout when you enter your gift card code. You can also contact us with your gift card code and we will tell you the balance.

Cancelling a gift card purchase

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel your gift card purchase within 14 days of the date you bought it and receive a full refund, provided the gift card has not been used. To cancel, contact us with your order number.

Refunds and returns

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except during the 14-day cancellation period above or where the law requires it.
If you return items you paid for with a gift card, the refund for that part of the payment will be credited back to your gift card.

Lost or stolen gift cards

Please keep your gift card code safe and treat it like cash. Anyone with the code can use the balance. If you think your code has been lost or used without your permission, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the balance has not yet been used, we will cancel the card and issue a replacement for the remaining balance.
